Each card number is a different Leader with its own effect, power and Life, so a Monkey.D.Luffy deck is built around one of them. Between them they lead Red, Green, Blue, Purple, Black and Yellow decks.
TCGplayer lists 55 printings of them. On October 24, 2026 the cheapest was $0.14 and the most valuable, the SP printing of OP05-060, was $4,999.99. Every printing plays the same as the base card of its number.
