Premium Booster -The Best- (PRB-01) released November 8, 2024. Bandai's product page calls it "a selection of the most popular cards from the past": nearly every printing is a reprint of a card from OP01 to OP06, the starter decks, EB01 or the promos, under its original number.

Its one new card is a Leader, Sanji (PRB01-001). The rest are reprints in finishes TCGplayer labels Reprint, Alternate Art, Full Art, Jolly Roger Foil, Textured Foil and Manga, beside 60 DON!! cards.

TCGplayer lists 325 printings across 111 card numbers, about twice the printings of a main booster. A reprint plays the same as the original and keeps its number, so for Standard what matters is the block icon each printing carries.

Cards and rarities

TCGplayer lists 325 printings in Premium Booster -The Best-. 1 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 324 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.

PRB-01 has a single base printing, the Sanji Leader; every other card is a reprint, so set completion counts that one and keeps the reprints as separate tallies. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. Playing it

PRB-01 is a way to get popular older cards in one booster rather than a set with its own theme. For a player, the standard Reprints are the cheap way to own staples such as Luffy (OP05-119) or Kaido (OP05-118).

Sanji, the one new Leader, gives Rush to big Characters without On Play effects, which favors big Characters whose value is in attacking rather than in an On Play effect.

Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
