Pokémon TCG · 2026 Set Guide
The third Mega Evolution expansion and the first main set of 2026. Mega Zygarde ex is the face of it, with a Pokémon Tool printed for it alone, and Meowth ex is the card players reached for first.
Perfect Order is the third main expansion of the Mega Evolution series, after Mega Evolution and Phantasmal Flames. At 124 cards it is less than half the size of Ascended Heroes, which came two months earlier.
Mega Zygarde ex is the headline. It is a Basic Mega Evolution ex, so it goes straight onto the Bench with no Stage 1 to find, and the set prints Core Memory, a Pokémon Tool that gives it a second, bigger attack.
Almost every card carries the J regulation mark, the newest in Standard.
Perfect Order has 124 cards. Every card shows its number over the printed total along the bottom, as in "001/088", next to the set code POR.
The printed total is 88, so the 36 cards from 089 to 124 are secret rares. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set against its printed total and keeps the secret rares apart, so finishing the main set and chasing the cards above it read as two separate goals. How set completion works →
Four Mega Evolution ex are printed at Double Rare. Each gives up three Prize cards when Knocked Out.
Mega Zygarde ex
Perfect Order #47
A Basic with 310 HP. Gaia Wave does 200 and takes 30 less damage next turn; Nullifying Zero flips a coin for each of your opponent's Pokémon and does 150 to each one that comes up heads.
Mega Starmie ex
Perfect Order #21
330 HP Stage 1. Jetting Blow does 120 plus 50 to a Benched Pokémon for one Energy; Nebula Beam does 210 that ignores Weakness, Resistance and effects on the Defending Pokémon.
Mega Clefable ex
Perfect Order #31
Luminous Wing blocks the effects of your opponent's Abilities on it, and Shooting Moons adds 40 damage for each Energy card you discard from your hand.
Meowth ex
Perfect Order #62
Last-Ditch Catch searches your deck for a Supporter when you play it to your Bench, and Tuck Tail returns it to your hand.
The Trainers include one card printed for a single Pokémon and two Supporters with conditions:
Core Memory
Perfect Order #70
A Pokémon Tool that lets Mega Zygarde ex use Geobuster: 350 damage, discarding all its Energy.
Rosa's Encouragement
Perfect Order #84
Only playable when you are behind on Prize cards. Attaches 2 Basic Energy from your discard pile to one of your Stage 2 Pokémon.
Tarragon
Perfect Order #85
Returns up to 4 Fighting Pokémon and Basic Fighting Energy cards from your discard pile to your hand.
Perfect Order's chase card is its one Mega Hyper Rare, Mega Zygarde ex, the last card in the set. At $103.79 on September 30 it was the only Perfect Order card above $100.
It is a close race. The Meowth ex Special Illustration Rare (121) was $95.93, less than $8 behind, so which of the two counts as the chase can flip with a week of sales.
Mega Zygarde ex is printed four times in Perfect Order, from a $0.52 Double Rare to this card at roughly 200 times the price.

Perfect Order's chase list is short and much cheaper than Ascended Heroes'. Only the Mega Hyper Rare was above $100 at the end of September.

These are each card's headline TCGplayer market price on September 30, 2026. Prices can move a long way, most of all in a set's first months, so treat them as a snapshot. Each card's page shows today's price for every variant and its 90-day chart. How Pokémon card prices work →
One copy of every card in Perfect Order, bought as singles, cost $495.67 on September 30, 2026. That is the least expensive of the five sets released in 2026.
The three most valuable cards, Mega Zygarde ex, Meowth ex and Mega Zygarde ex, come to $244.86, or 49% of the total. Without them the set costs $250.81. Of the 124 cards, 102 were under $2.00, together $36.80; the other 22 add up to $458.87.
Each card is counted at its cheapest priced variant, a Normal copy rather than a Reverse Holofoil where both exist, at its TCGplayer market price. This is what it costs to buy the set as singles. It is not what opening packs returns, and not what a complete set would sell for, which after fees and the many cards worth cents would be noticeably less.
Perfect Order went on sale two weeks before the April 10, 2026 rotation, and its J and I cards are legal in Standard under it.
Meowth ex is the card most players reach for, because it works in almost any deck: it finds the Supporter you need and can return to your hand rather than sit on the Bench as a two-Prize target.
March 27, 2026. Its set code is POR.
124. The printed total is 88, and the 36 cards numbered above it are secret rares.
It is a Pokémon Tool that only works on Mega Zygarde ex. While attached, Mega Zygarde ex can use Geobuster, an attack printed on the Tool that does 350 damage and discards all Energy from it. You still need the Energy to pay for it.
On September 30, 2026, the Mega Hyper Rare Mega Zygarde ex (124) at about $104, with the Special Illustration Rare Meowth ex (121) close behind. Prices move daily, so check each card's page for the current figure.
