Pokémon TCG · 2020 Set Guide
The second Sword & Shield set, with the Galar starters' VMAX forms and Dragapult VMAX. Its most valuable card is a Trainer: the full-art Boss's Orders.
Rebel Clash is the second Sword & Shield expansion: 192 cards up to the printed total and 17 secret rares above it (193 to 209).
Its Pokémon VMAX include Rillaboom, Cinderace and Inteleon, the three Galar starters, and Dragapult VMAX. Among its Trainers is Boss's Orders, a Supporter that switches one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon into the Active Spot, printed as a regular card, a full art and a Rainbow Rare. Flapple and Scoop Up Net from this set are on the Expanded banned list.
Rebel Clash has 209 cards. Every card shows its number over the printed total along the bottom, as in "001/192", next to the set code RCL.
The printed total is 192, so the 17 cards from 193 to 209 are secret rares. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set against its printed total and keeps the secret rares apart, so finishing the main set and chasing the cards above it read as two separate goals. How set completion works →
A Pokémon V gives up two Prize cards when Knocked Out, and a Pokémon VMAX, which evolves from it, gives up three. Three of this set's:
Dragapult VMAX
Rebel Clash #93
320 HP VMAX. Max Phantom does 130 and puts 5 damage counters on your opponent's Benched Pokémon in any way you like.
Ninetales V
Rebel Clash #26
200 HP. Nine-Tailed Shapeshifter uses one of your opponent's Active Pokémon's attacks; Flamethrower does 180.
Inteleon VMAX
Rebel Clash #50
320 HP VMAX. Max Bullet does 160, and 60 to one of your opponent's Benched Pokémon; Hydro Snipe can return an Energy from their Active Pokémon to their hand.

These are each card's headline TCGplayer market price on October 22, 2026. Prices can move a long way, most of all in a set's first months, so treat them as a snapshot. Each card's page shows today's price for every variant and its 90-day chart. How Pokémon card prices work →
One copy of every card in Rebel Clash, bought as singles, cost $502.76 on October 22, 2026. That is the 15th most expensive of the seventeen sets in the Sword & Shield series.
The three most valuable cards, two Boss's Orders cards and Ninetales V, come to $137.23, or 27% of the total. Without them the set costs $365.53. Of the 207 cards, 164 were under $2.00, together $53.94; the other 43 add up to $448.82.
Two cards had no TCGplayer price on file and aren't counted: Horror Psychic Energy and Speed Lightning Energy.
Each card is counted at its cheapest priced variant, a Normal copy rather than a Reverse Holofoil where both exist, at its TCGplayer market price. This is what it costs to buy the set as singles. It is not what opening packs returns, and not what a complete set would sell for, which after fees and the many cards worth cents would be noticeably less.
Rebel Clash cards carry the D regulation mark, and Standard has allowed only H, I and J since April 10, 2026, so none is Standard-legal as printed. Rebel Clash is legal in Expanded, which takes every set from Black & White on, except for Flapple (022/192) and Scoop Up Net (165/192 and 207/192), on the Expanded banned list.
A reprint with a legal mark makes older printings of the same card legal again, so check a card's name before you rule it out.
