Star Wars: Unlimited · Aspect Combinations
Aggression Villainy makes damage the whole plan. Its leaders deal damage to units and bases through their own abilities, and its signature cards punish the opponent's board and base at once.
Aggression Villainy means a leader with the Aggression (red) and Villainy (black) aspects. The Sith and the bounty hunters: damage from abilities as well as attacks, aimed at units and bases alike.
Also called Red Villainy or red-black. As of October 2026, 13 of the 108 leaders in the six Premier-legal sets have exactly these two aspects.
Aggression's direct damage, Raid and efficient units meet Villainy's Sith, Inquisitors, Imperials and bounty hunters. Where Aggression Heroism rewards attacking, Aggression Villainy's leaders more often deal damage outside of combat.
Darth Vader, Unstoppable discards a card from your hand to deal 1 damage to a unit or base, and deployed he discards any number on attack and deals that much. Darth Maul, Sith Revealed uses the Force to deal 1 damage to two different units. Boba Fett, Any Methods Necessary can add 1 indirect damage when you deal non-combat damage, and as a pilot deals up to 4 damage divided among units. Darth Sidious, There is no Mercy deals 1 more damage whenever you deal 4 or more to a unit or base.
The deck spends cards freely to deal damage, so it wants the game over before it runs out. Cards like General Grievous, Scourge of Dathomir, which deals 4 damage to a base when played and stops bases from being healed while he is in play, show how it closes.

Defeats hit the base
Your base adds one aspect icon to the two on your leader. A base of another aspect gives the deck a third aspect; a Aggression base gives it a second Aggression icon instead. The third column counts the cards each choice plays at printed cost, out of the 1,409 non-leader, non-base cards in the Premier sets as of October 2026 (a reprint counted once).
The base decides whether this deck is a fast race or a damage-based control deck. Cunning adds exhaust and discard effects that keep the opponent off balance; Command adds bigger units to back up the damage; Vigilance adds removal and healing for a slower build. An Aggression base gives up about 220 cards for Aggression's double-icon units and the base's ability, a fit for a deck that only wants to race.
Only 4 cards in the Premier sets print two Aggression icons, such as Maul, Only Revenge Remains and Paz Vizsla, Unyielding Warrior. That is why a doubled base is the exception. Every Heroism card costs at least 2 more whichever base you pick, since bases never provide Heroism or Villainy.
As of October 2026, 13 leaders in the six Premier-legal sets have exactly Aggression and Villainy, including Darth Vader (Unstoppable), Darth Maul (Sith Revealed), Boba Fett (Any Methods Necessary) and Darth Sidious (There is no Mercy). One of them, Cad Bane (Still Faster Than You), is on Premier's suspended list as of October 2026.
A third aspect raises the cards you can play at printed cost from about 316 to between 534 and 537 of the Premier pool. Cunning and Command are the usual partners for a fast deck; Vigilance suits a slower one built on removal.
Both deal a lot of damage. Aggression Heroism's leaders mostly reward attacking with Fighters, Jedi and Rebels; Aggression Villainy's leaders deal damage through their own abilities, often by discarding cards or using the Force, so more of its damage comes outside combat.
