One Piece Card Game
One Piece DON!! Cards
DON!! cards pay for everything you do in a One Piece game, and every DON!! card plays the same. That second fact is why collectors chase the art: a DON!! card can sell for $0.13 or $739. Here's how they work and which ones are worth money.
What DON!! cards do
DON!! cards are the One Piece Card Game's resource. Every player has a separate DON!! deck of exactly 10 DON!! cards beside their Leader and 50-card main deck, and DON!! cards do two jobs:
Some effects also check how many DON!! cards you have, or ask you to return them. "DON!! -1" means returning one DON!! card from your field to your DON!! deck as a cost, and "[DON!! x1]" on a card means its effect only works while at least one DON!! card is given to it. How to play the One Piece Card Game covers the full rules.
DON!! in a turn
Your DON!! grows by two a turn. In the DON!! phase you take 2 DON!! cards from your DON!! deck and place them active in your cost area. The player who goes first takes only 1 on their first turn, and you take 1 when only 1 is left in the DON!! deck. The second player has all 10 on their fifth turn and the first player on their sixth, minus any returned by DON!! minus effects.
At the start of each of your turns, every DON!! card you gave to a Leader or Character comes back to your cost area, and all of your rested cards stand up. So giving DON!! for power is not a permanent investment: you get it back each turn.
Collectible DON!! cards
Every DON!! card has the same text and no card number, so the art is the only difference between them. TCGplayer's English catalog listed 240 DON!! printings on October 2, 2026. They come from four places:
The Premium Boosters made DON!! cards a collecting category of their own. PRB-01 (November 2024) and PRB-02 (October 2025) each put a different character on 30 DON!! cards, so a player can match their DON!! deck to their Leader, and the Gold versions became chase cards.
The most valuable DON!! cards
TCGplayer market prices on October 2, 2026. Fifteen of the top 20 are Gold DON!! cards from PRB-01 and PRB-02.

Most DON!! cards are inexpensive. Half of the 237 priced printings sold for under $5.49, and the plain DON!! cards from the first starter decks and boosters sell for under $1. The non-Gold PRB versions have a middle price of $1.42, which makes a themed DON!! deck affordable even when the Gold version is not.
Choosing your 10
Because all DON!! cards play the same, choose yours for looks. Many players match the DON!! deck to their Leader, such as Law DON!! cards behind a Trafalgar Law Leader. Bandai's floor rules require 10 DON!! cards and say nothing about matching art, but ask your event organizer before you bring a mixed set to an official tournament. Sleeve DON!! cards differently from your main deck, or leave them unsleeved, as the floor rules require.
TurnZero HQ's One Piece catalog includes DON!! printings, so you can add them to your collection and see each one priced daily from TCGplayer. Set completion counts DON!! cards as extras, apart from a set's base cards. One Piece Leader cards covers the other card that sits outside your main deck.
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a DON!! card do in the One Piece Card Game?
It is the game's resource. You rest active DON!! cards to pay for the cards you play, and you can give DON!! cards to your Leader or a Character for +1000 power each during your turn. Each turn you add 2 DON!! cards from your DON!! deck, except the first player's first turn, when you add 1.
How many DON!! cards do you need?
Ten. A legal deck is one Leader, a 50-card main deck and a separate DON!! deck of 10 DON!! cards. Every starter deck comes with its 10.
Can I use different DON!! card designs in one deck?
Bandai's tournament floor rules require a deck of 10 DON!! cards and don't say the art has to match. If you plan to mix designs at an official event, check with the organizer first.
What is the most expensive DON!! card?
The Gold Zoro DON!! card from PRB-01, at $739.18 on October 2, 2026, followed by the LA Dodgers 2026 promo DON!! card at $631.90. Most DON!! cards are worth far less: half of the priced ones were under $5.49.
What does DON!! -1 mean?
It is a cost paid by returning that many DON!! cards from your field to your DON!! deck. Unlike resting DON!! cards, which come back upright next turn, returned DON!! cards have to be added again from the DON!! deck in a later DON!! phase.
