Carrying On His Will Set Guide
The third anniversary booster: Luffy, Ace and Sabo as three Secret Rares, Gol.D.Roger and Imu as Leaders, and Red Super Alternate Arts that are among the most valuable One Piece printings.
Overview
Carrying On His Will is the thirteenth English booster, released November 7, 2025. It has three Secret Rares instead of two: Monkey.D.Luffy, Portgas.D.Ace and Sabo, the three brothers, at OP13-118 to OP13-120.
Its six Leaders are Monkey.D.Luffy, Portgas.D.Ace, Gol.D.Roger, Sabo, Imu and Jewelry Bonney. Imu changes deck building: no Events costing 2 or more, and a Mary Geoise Stage from your deck at the start of the game.
TCGplayer lists 177 printings: 120 base printings, 28 Alternate Arts, 8 Parallels, Super Alternate Art and Red Super Alternate Art printings of the three Secret Rares, Wanted Posters of the same three, 9 SP printings, a Treasure Rare and 2 DON!! cards. Its cards are block 2 or later, so the April 2026 rotation, which removed block 1, didn't touch them.
Cards and rarities
TCGplayer lists 177 printings in Carrying On His Will. 120 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 57 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.
Special printings
The rarity counts above are the 120 base printings. A special printing keeps its card's rarity, so an Alternate Art Super Rare is still marked SR. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. Playing it
Imu and Roger both rewrite how a deck is built: Imu bans Events costing 2 or more and starts with a Stage, and Roger's own Gol.D.Roger Character negates everything that isn't Roger Pirates.
Ace gives up two Life against a 5-Life Leader for 6000 power and card draw when he takes damage, which suits a deck that blocks and trades.
Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
