One Piece Card Game · OP10 · 2025 Set Guide
Punk Hazard and Dressrosa: five two-color Leaders and a yellow Eustass"Captain"Kid, with the Manga Trafalgar Law at the top of the price list.
Royal Blood is the tenth English booster, released March 21, 2025. Its Leaders come from Punk Hazard and Dressrosa: Smoker, Caesar Clown, Sugar, Trafalgar Law, Usopp and Eustass"Captain"Kid.
TCGplayer lists 152 printings: 118 base printings, 24 Parallels, 6 SP printings, a Manga Trafalgar Law, a Treasure Rare, a Brownbeard printing and a DON!! card. Card number OP10-010, Chadros.Higelyges, appears only in that Brownbeard printing.
Its cards are block 2 or later, so the April 2026 rotation, which removed block 1, didn't touch them.
TCGplayer lists 152 printings in Royal Blood. 118 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 34 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.
The rarity counts above are the 118 base printings. A special printing keeps its card's rarity, so a Parallel Super Rare is still marked SR. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. Six Leaders. Five are two colors; Eustass"Captain"Kid is yellow only. The catalog carries no Life value for these Leaders, so this guide doesn't print one.

Most of these Leaders want a type: Smoker and Caesar Punk Hazard, Sugar the Donquixote Pirates, Usopp Dressrosa, and Law and Kid the Supernovas.
Kuzan (OP10-082) and Monkey.D.Luffy (OP10-118) both resist removal, which makes them hard for effect-based decks to answer.
Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
March 21, 2025. TCGplayer lists its release event cards as a separate group dated March 14.
Six: Smoker (green and red), Caesar Clown (blue and red), Sugar (purple and red), Trafalgar Law (green and yellow), Usopp (blue and black) and Eustass"Captain"Kid (yellow).
On October 22, 2026, the Manga Trafalgar Law (OP10-119) at about $676. Prices move daily, so check each card's page for the current figure.
TCGplayer's label for a printing of Chadros.Higelyges (OP10-010). It is the only printing of that card number in the set's list, so OP10 has 118 base printings rather than 119.
