Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2 Set Guide
The second premium booster: reprints of popular cards, most of them from OP05 to OP10, in new finishes, 18 new PRB02 cards, and a Manga Sanji at the top.
Overview
Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2 (PRB-02) released October 3, 2025. Like PRB-01, it reprints popular cards under their original numbers; Bandai's product page says every pack has at least one Super Rare or higher.
Unlike PRB-01, it adds 18 new cards numbered PRB02-001 to PRB02-018, Characters from Koby to Portgas.D.Ace. It has no Leader of its own.
TCGplayer lists 376 printings, the most of any set here: 22 base printings, 151 Reprints, 90 Pirate Foils, 46 Alternate Arts, 6 SP printings, a Manga Sanji and 60 DON!! cards.
Cards and rarities
TCGplayer lists 376 printings in Premium Booster -The Best- Vol. 2. 22 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 354 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.
Special printings
The rarity counts above are PRB-02's 22 base printings: its 18 new cards and four older cards TCGplayer lists with no label. Everything else is a reprint or special printing, kept as a separate tally. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. Playing it
PRB-02 is mostly a way to get popular cards from earlier sets again, most of them from OP05 to OP10, and its standard Reprints are the cheap copies. Its 18 new cards are Characters for decks led from other sets, many of them checking the Leader's type.
A reprint plays as the original card; check the block icon on the printing you own before a Standard event.
Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
