Anime 25th Collection Set Guide
The anime's 25th anniversary extra booster: 61 card numbers, one Luffy Leader, and 26 SP printings of older Leaders that sell for thousands.
Overview
Extra Booster: Anime 25th Collection is the second extra booster, released May 9, 2025. Like EB01 it has 61 card numbers and no Uncommons, and it has a single Leader, a green and purple Monkey.D.Luffy.
Its SP printings set it apart. All 26 are Leaders from earlier sets, from OP05's Sabo to OP08's Tony Tony.Chopper, and they hold the top of the set's price list.
TCGplayer lists 105 printings: 61 base printings, 26 SP Leaders, 17 Alternate Arts and a Manga Monkey.D.Luffy. Its cards are block 2 or later, so the April 2026 rotation, which removed block 1, didn't touch them.
Cards and rarities
TCGplayer lists 105 printings in Anime 25th Collection. 61 are base printings, the version of each card number with no special art, and the other 44 are special printings of those numbers and the set's DON!! cards.
Special printings
The rarity counts above are the 61 base printings. A special printing keeps its card's rarity, so an Alternate Art Super Rare is still marked SR. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set by its base printings and keeps every other printing as a separate tally, so finishing the set and chasing its special printings read as two separate goals. Playing it
With one Leader, EB02 is mostly cards for decks led from other sets. Several of its cards check for a multicolored Leader, such as Nefeltari Vivi (EB02-026) and the Secret Rare Monkey.D.Luffy.
Its own Luffy Leader wants a board of only Straw Hat Crew Characters, so a deck built on him keeps to that type.
Tournament play adds Bandai's banned and restricted lists and, since April 2026, Standard rotation by the block number printed on each card. Check Bandai's current announcements before an event. Deck building rules →
