Riftbound · Domain Pair
Calm and Order fills the board with units and defends it. Order makes many small units and kills enemy ones, and Calm protects the battlefields they hold. As of October 2026 it has four Legends, from Origins, Spiritforged, Unleashed and Vendetta.
Calm and Order is Calm (green) with Order (yellow). Defensive wide boards: Leona, Azir, Ivern and Shen. As of October 2026 it has 4 Legends: Leona, Radiant Dawn, Azir, Emperor of the Sands, Ivern, Green Father and Shen, Eye of Twilight.
This pair goes wide and holds. Order makes many small units and has kill spells for the threats that get through, and Calm adds Shield, Tank, counterspells and spells that move enemy units away. The deck tends to win on points from holding battlefields rather than by out-fighting the opponent.
Leona, Radiant Dawn buffs a friendly unit whenever you stun an enemy, and Azir, Emperor of the Sands makes Sand Soldier tokens with Weaponmaster on turns you play an Equipment. Ivern, Green Father replaces a battlefield you conquer or hold with a Brush token that favors his animal units, and Shen, Eye of Twilight gives a friendly unit Tank.
Strengths
Weaknesses
These start from what Riot's Deckbuilding Primer says each domain is good and bad at, which the guide to Riftbound's domains covers in full. A pair's Legend can shift them: a Legend that draws cards helps a pair whose domains don't.
As of October 2026, 4 Legends have exactly these two domains. Each one sets the same card pool, but their abilities point the deck at different plans.

Ivern, Green Father
UNL-195/219

Shen, Eye of Twilight
VEN-147/166
Exhaust to give a friendly unit Tank this turn.

Every Riftbound Legend lists all of them by domain pair, with each one's ability and price.
Every two-domain Calm and Order card printed so far is a Signature card. Each carries one champion's tag, so it only goes in a deck whose Legend has that tag, and a deck can hold at most 3 Signature cards in total. Riftbound Signature cards explains the rule.
Most of a Calm and Order deck is single-domain cards, from either half. These show what each half brings: the first two are Calm, the last two Order.
Start with the Legend, since it decides the plan, then fill the main deck from both domains and split your 12 runes between Calm and Order. A reasonable starting point is to count the Calm and Order symbols in your costs and give more runes to the domain with more of them.
The guide to building a Riftbound deck covers the full rules. TurnZero HQ's Deck Lab marks a deck Not legal if a card or rune is outside your Legend's domains, and the decks players have published are at Riftbound decks, searchable by deck name or by a card in the deck.
As of October 2026, 4: Leona, Radiant Dawn, Azir, Emperor of the Sands, Ivern, Green Father and Shen, Eye of Twilight. A Legend sets your deck's two domains, so these are the only Legends that can lead a Calm and Order deck.
Any card whose domains are all Calm or Order: cards with only Calm, only Order or both, plus cards with no domain, such as battlefields. Every two-domain Calm and Order card printed so far is a Signature card, which also needs your Legend's champion tag, and all 12 of your runes must be Calm or Order.
TurnZero HQ's Riftbound deck builder marks each deck Legal or Not legal for its format as you build, and shows your rune odds. Free to start.
