Release date August 13, 2014
Set code FFI
Cards 111 numbered, 113 in total
Series XY
Complete set as singles $904.50 on Oct 22
Regulation mark None, printed before regulation marks

Furious Fists is the third XY expansion: 111 cards up to the printed total and two secret rares above it, M Heracross-EX and M Lucario-EX (112 and 113).

Fighting Pokémon are its theme. Lucario-EX and M Lucario-EX, Hawlucha-EX, Machamp's Fighting Fury, Korrina, Focus Sash and Fighting Stadium all build toward a Fighting deck. Seismitoad-EX's Quaking Punch stops your opponent from playing Items on their next turn.

Cards and rarities

Furious Fists has 113 cards. Every card shows its number over the printed total along the bottom, as in "1/111", next to the set code FFI.

The printed total is 111, so the 2 cards from 112 to 113 are secret rares. The catalog also files one more card under this set with a letter after the number: M Lucario-EX (55a). It is an alternate printing outside the numbered set, so it isn't counted here. Set completion in TurnZero HQ counts a set against its printed total and keeps the secret rares apart, so finishing the main set and chasing the cards above it read as two separate goals. What a complete set costs

One copy of every card in Furious Fists, bought as singles, cost $904.50 on October 22, 2026. That is the 10th most expensive of the fifteen sets in the XY series.

Complete set $904.50
Main set, 1 to 111 $697.63
2 secret rares $206.87
Top three cards $459.97 (51%)

The three most valuable cards, Dragonite-EX, M Lucario-EX and Lucario-EX, come to $459.97, or 51% of the total. Without them the set costs $444.53. Of the 113 cards, 86 were under $2.00, together $36.57; the other 27 add up to $867.93.

Left out: one alternate printing the catalog files under this set with a letter after the number, M Lucario-EX (55a). They aren't part of the numbered 113.

Each card is counted at its cheapest priced variant, a Normal copy rather than a Reverse Holofoil where both exist, at its TCGplayer market price. This is what it costs to buy the set as singles. It is not what opening packs returns, and not what a complete set would sell for, which after fees and the many cards worth cents would be noticeably less.

Playing it

No Furious Fists card carries a regulation mark, so none is Standard-legal as printed. Standard has allowed only the H, I and J marks since April 10, 2026. Every card in Furious Fists is legal in Expanded, which takes every set from Black & White on.

A reprint with a legal mark makes older printings of the same card legal again, so check a card's name before you rule it out.
